Custom WordPress Development
A lean theme built for how your business sells, with fewer plugins and faster pages.
Custom, Elementor or WooCommerce, built by the same team that does the SEO. Every site ships with speed, schema and lead capture handled, on hosting and accounts you own.
Every build includes
A WordPress website is good for SEO and lead generation when it loads fast on a phone, has a clear page for every service and area you sell, states what you do in plain language with proof nearby, and makes the next step obvious: a visible phone number and a short quote form. Under the hood it needs clean markup, proper headings, schema, an organized URL structure and no plugin bloat.
Most of the sites we are asked to fix fail on the basics: a hero that never says what the company does, a phone number hidden in a hamburger menu, a form with eleven fields, and a page builder loading every widget on every page. We build the other way around: structure and speed first, then design that makes it persuasive.
Lean block theme, structured content, integrations. For sites that need to scale or do something unusual.
Governed builder setup your team can edit. The right fit for most service businesses.
Stores and product add-ons on the same site as the pages that already rank.
Build, speed, SEO, migration and upkeep from one team, so nobody has to explain the site to a new vendor.

Six stages in the order they happen. Each one ends with something you review before the next starts.
How you get work, what buyers ask, which tools the site must talk to, and who will edit it. If an existing site has rankings, we record the SEO baseline before anything changes.
The page structure for every service and area, with any old URLs assigned a destination, then wireframes for the key templates. You approve both before design starts.
The visual system applied to the approved wireframes with your photos and proof, reviewed in rounds. The call and the quote form are placed where a thumb lands.
Custom theme, governed Elementor or WooCommerce, developed on a private staging site with content, forms, integrations and redirects in place.
Crawl, schema validation, redirect tests, Core Web Vitals on mobile, forms submitted end to end, device and accessibility checks against a written checklist.
Launch in a quiet window, immediate indexing and redirect checks, editor training, then thirty days of monitoring and fixes before you move to maintenance or SEO.
Each one is right for a different kind of site. We recommend based on what yours needs to do, not on what we prefer to build.
| Dimension | Template theme | Page builder (Elementor) | Custom build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speed | Depends on the theme; often heavy | Good when governed, slow when left to grow | Fastest, because it only loads what you use |
| Editing | Theme options panels | Visual drag-and-drop inside guardrails | Block editor with locked, on-brand patterns |
| Flexibility | What the theme anticipated | High, visually | Highest, structurally and visually |
| Maintenance | Theme and plugin updates, occasional conflicts | Builder and add-ons to keep updated | Fewer moving parts; code you own |
| Timeline | Shortest | Typically six to ten weeks | Typically eight to fourteen weeks |
| Best for | Simple brochure sites | Most service businesses that want visual control | Structured, integrated or high-traffic sites |
Direct answers first. If your question is not here, ask it on the call.
It depends on page count, whether the design is custom, what it integrates with, and whether a store is involved. After a discovery call we send a fixed-price proposal with the pages, features and timeline listed, so you can compare it line by line. We do not quote without understanding the scope.
A governed Elementor site for a service business typically takes six to ten weeks; a custom build or a WooCommerce store eight to fourteen. Content, photos and approval turnaround are usually the deciding factors, so we agree a schedule with your responsibilities on it too.
Yes. Hosting, domain, theme, plugins, content and all accounts are in your name from day one. The code is delivered to a repository you control. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage.
Often, yes. We audit speed, structure and conversion first and only recommend a redesign when the current site cannot be made fast and clear enough. Many engagements are a speed project, an SEO configuration, or a conversion refresh on the site you already have.
The technical side, yes: structure, speed, schema, redirects, sitemap, clean markup and answer-first page templates are part of every build. Ongoing SEO, content and authority work is a separate program that most clients add after launch so the new site actually gets found.
Elementor for most service businesses that want visual control and a faster delivery. Custom development when you need structured content at scale, integrations or the fastest possible pages. WooCommerce when you sell products. We recommend one after discovery and explain the trade-offs.
